Sunny days and Rainy Days
It was a bit rainy the past few days, which was a perfect opportunity to see how well I had patched up the leaks in the trailer. The kids thought it was a fun game to run out and look around for water dripping down the walls. Me, not so much. Overall, the leaks were patched. There were just a couple of small areas that water was able to get in. Hopefully a quick coating over the roof seams will help.
This is a typical work day set up, folding tables, saw horses and tools everywhere! The driveway is our workshop!
My Father in law has been able to come from out of town to help with a few projects. He helped get some of the demolition done, his handy sawz-all was the only way the old pipes and shower were able to come out. He is also in charge of the electrical. So far he has the towing lights functional. We ran wire so once I get the walls back up he will come and help wire in outlets and a light fixture. Electrical is not my favorite.
The kiddos have been troopers through this process! They have actually enjoyed helping for some things, and think they are helping with lots of important things.
